When you submit the contact form, SquirtEd stores your first name, enquiry details, workshop interest, chosen contact method, submission time and confirmation of consent in a private enquiry inbox. This keeps a record even if the email or WhatsApp message is not sent. Reply details are only available if you include them in your message. You can then open the prepared message in your chosen app; sending it there is a separate action.
Email and WhatsApp
Messages sent by email or WhatsApp are processed by the respective communication providers under their own terms and privacy policies. Share only the information you are comfortable putting into a message. SquirtEd may retain correspondence where reasonably necessary to answer an enquiry, provide an agreed service or meet legal obligations.
Technical information
The website host may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs. SquirtEd also records limited, anonymous website activity: page viewed, time, contact-button type, campaign labels included in the website address, referring website host and the workshop selected when the enquiry builder is completed. Anonymous marketing events do not include names or message text. Submitted enquiries are held separately in the private inbox accessible to the site owner. To limit form abuse, a short-lived hash derived from an IP address may be kept in a rate-limit record; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database.
